Cancellation/No Show/Late Policy
Here at SLR Sports Therapy I kindly ask if you can give me 48 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment, in emergency circumstances we can get the appointment rearranged. Not showing to an appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment. I operate by myself and I understand things can crop up but if you can keep good communication with me I will accommodate for any emergencies. If you are running late to an appointment I ask kindly if you can message me to let me know, unfortunately I will not be able to go over the allocated slot of one hour. Your appointment will finish at the allocated time even if you do turn up late.
After Care Advice
After each appointment I will give you a brief after care advice for you to follow, this will be given verbally. Not following these protocols MAY prolong recovery from your appointment, you MAY also have increased tenderness and produce some bruising in the affected area. I accept no liability to the above post treatments. You may find my aftercare advice sheet on social media or if you would like a copy please let me know and I can email this over to you.
Inappropriate Behaviour & Age Restrictions
Any inappropriate behaviour will NOT be tolerated in any way. Any bad and/or abusive language will not be accepted as well any sexual insinuations will lead to your appointment being cancelled on the spot with full charge. If you are under the age of 18 years old you WILL need to be accompanied to your appointment by an adult. Failure to do this will mean I cannot carry out any treatment and your appointment will have to be rescheduled to a later date with an appropriate adult present. In turn, your privacy will be upheld throughout the appointment. Any areas not being treated will be covered with a towel(s) at all times, I will step out of the room to allow you space and dignity before and after the treatment is given.
Payment Details
All payments will be through Bank Transfer or Cash. Any other charges made through the above policies will be made through Fresha.
